Copycat Trader Joe’s Mediterranean Hummus

I miss shopping at Trader Joe’s with all my heart. Some of the best food I’ve ever had has come from that grocery store. Hummus is definitely in that category. Their Mediterranean hummus is the perfect snack, worthy of being a spread on anything. This is a nice substitution for those too far away from Trader Joe’s. Now, if only there were a two-buck chuck replacement!
